Password reset

I have been trying for two weeks to reset my virgin media password and not receiving email either in regular or junk to reset and very frustrating need help,please

  • I have the same problem, cant change password, keep getting invalid word used. Tried different words and different browser.

      Welcome to the Community Forums. 

      Sorry to hear you're having difficulties changing your password. 

      The password must not contain any easy-to-guess words, usernames, or previously used passwords. This may be the reason you're seeing this error. 

      It must also follow the below criteria;

       

      •  Be between 8-64 characters.
      •  Must start with a letter.
      •  Contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.

      •  Contain at least one number.

      •  Special characters are allowed but not required (e.g. ! # % & @).

  • Hi Carley, tried all that, and also tried using a password generator to get a random password. Just the same.

      Can you please try clearing cache on your preferred browser and giving this a try for us to see if this works?

        Thank you David, tried that on two different machines, no go.

        For your info I am trying to sign in so I can use the go app.

        Can we go to private messages.
