Switched off paper billing, still getting charged.

Hi, I switched off paper billing approx a year ago but am still getting paper bills and being charged for it.

Went to see what the setting was on and cannot find it anywhere. Seems it's very well hidden now.

Can someone tell me where to find it please!

Hello Cherryjam.

Thanks for your post.

Sorry to hear that you are still being charged for paper billing.

Can you try the steps below and let me know if that helps?

1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
4. Follow the instructions on-screen.

Once you’ve registered for eBilling, we’ll send you an email each month notifying you when your bill is ready.

Hi thanks but there is no My Profile section anywhere on that page.

Many apologies,

Once you have signed into MyVM are you able to select Account Settings.

From there Account Details.

Then under Communication preferences you should see an edit button, select that and select eBills/Email//Text.

Let us know if that works,

Kain

Hi, yes I can confirm that tick box is already selected and has been for quite a long time now.

Thank you @Cherryjam and I am so sorry to hear that this has happened and thank you for checking.

I'm going to pop you a private message now so we can take a closer look into this. Please keep an eye out for the envelope at the top of your screen alerting you to a new message.

Hello, this is happening to me, my preferences are for e billing but still receiving paper bills, can you help.

Hi @baldbiker, thank you for your post.

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Regards,
Daniel
