can you please help also me please? I had already selected that option but have started receiving paper bills and been charged £1.75 after a change to the spelling of my address.

I am having the same problem not being able to switch off paper bills.
Numerous phone calls and have even written a letter but to no avail.
When I follow the advise I end up with the option to delect "eBills / Email / Text/ Post" which I have done numerous times.
Why post should be on the same selection as the other is a mystery to me.
Can you advise
