Has anyone been charged for not returning their router even though I was told I could take it to a recycling centre?
I have now been charged £80 after closing my account down I made 2 complaints but I m getting nowhere. They are saying I need to return 2 hub3 even though I ever only had one and I was told I could take it to the recycling centre when I got my hub4. Does anyone know what I can do about this? It’s like they ask u to get rid of it and then when u leave they are gonna charged you whatever they want .

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with being charged for the non return of your router, you may have disconnected in the period that we didn't want the hubs to be returned, we have since changed the policy and would need them returning but if you have already disposed of the equipment, we can get this looked into as you were only following the advice at the time of your disconnection.
