Charged for equipment returned

I have been charged £40 for equipment returned via yodel around 20 days ago. The equipment was scanned and sent back. As yodel accepted the package I believe it is your responsibility.  How can I arrange a refund?

    Have you checked the tracking. As the sender it is up to you to prove the recipient has recieved it...

    Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, apologies for the delay in your equipment you sent back being shown as received, with the Christmas holidays it will take longer for the return to show, this can take up to 28 days, once received you will receive confirmation and any charges removed and credit back if already paid.

  • Literally in the same situation, as you can see, virgin has recieved the package but still decide to send a message saying £90 charge has been applied. What kind of thuggery is this?

      Welcome back to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your equipment return, it can take up to 10 days for the equipment to be processed once its returned to us. Once it has been processed any charges will be removed from your account. You have nothing to  worry about as you've returned your equipment to us. When did you send your equipment back to us?
