Resolved! Cooling off period

Does the 14 day cooling off period include existing customers who have renewed their contract? Didn't receive the package I was sold, so want to leave Virgin Media or return to my old package.

Kit return

Hi, I received an upgraded Hub from Hub3 to Hub5. Hub5 did not work properly so I sent it back. Now getting email and text that I need to return Hub3. Can account be updated to say that Hub5 has been return and I am on Hub3.
