Wow - clear cookies - like using Windows 98 all over again.
I'm having this on my phone too OP - no idea why - and I clear cookies and everything else every time I shut the browser so it isn't that.
I've tried multiple times but the phone Android 15 using Opera browser gives me the same as you.
On Windows 10 PC using Opera browser I can log in no problem at all but I've had equal problems logging into the forums with - username not recognised etc. After two password changes I finally got in.
So there's something going on with VM in my opinion and it's nothing to do with cookies. Such a lazy answer.

Hi pot-shadley,
Thanks for posting and sorry to see you've had some issues signing into your My Virgin Media. Can you confirm if you can login on any other devices?
Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies as Cardiffman282 has suggested?

I've deleted cookies and temp files but still can't log in on my pc.
I can log in on my phone.

The browser (Chrome) is up to date but still no luck. I have just tried again but when confirming that my email is correct I just get a white screen. It doesn't go to the password dialog.

This is what I'm now seeing on the 'password' page.
I' sure that I have signed in on my pc, not sure what a familiar connection is and I'm not using a vpn.

We would ask you to complete the setting up and verification of your VMO2 ID, if you have done this then these are the details you would need to use going forward for all applications, but this error usually indicates the process has been completed.
A Virgin Media O2 ID replaces the need to create separate sign in details for Virgin Media and O2 online spaces. If you have a My Virgin Media or My O2 account and haven’t set up your Virgin Media O2 ID yet, when you sign in to these spaces, just enter the email address you’d usually use to sign in. We’ll then ask you to create your new ID.
Otherwise, head to any of our sites and tap Register to sign up and create your Virgin Media O2 ID.

Thanks but what is a VMO2 ID, and how do I create this when I can't log in?

By way on a update I have sorted this using Edge, and can log in to the VM site, although I still can't log in using Chrome.

Any ideas why it works in Edge but not Chrome?

Have you tried Incognito or InPrivate windows?
As for Edge v's Chrome, I've no idea. If it works in Edge, then I guess it's a moot point?
