I have almost the same issue. I renewed online for a better price than I was paying. I have an email to confirm Thai but Virgin say that they can’t see any renewal and can’t get the same price!

Returned Items

I have not been with Virgin since 2018. I received a text and email stating that multiple items had now been received in the warehouse so I will be refunded. I do not have a Virgin Account anymore and I do not know why it has taken this long.

Extend termination date

Hi My broadband/phone contract termination date is set for the 27/11/23, unfortunately my new broadband supplier is not able to install the service till 6/12/23. Is it possible to have the contract extended? Many thanks

Resolved! Incorrect Billing

My October 2023 Bill shows £23 unpaid from the previous month which is untrue and erroneous. Have also raised complaints requesting this £23 amount is removed via the webform. Please resolve ASAP to avoid Oct23 Direct Debit cancellation. Thank you.
