Hello,
It's actually been like this for years, but for once when I logged on it prompted me to check out my renewal deals, and I would very much like to do this, however I am unable to do this as the website just throws out an error. This is actually stopping me from seeing any deals, being able to renew or cancel my virgin broadband.
Is it possible to have this fixed? Or do I need to phone? Ideally I would like to be able to manage my services on the website, but it seems to have shown this error from day one. I have tried multiple devices, clearing cache etc, but the error persists.
