Returning Kit

Hello. For weeks now I have been waiting for the prepaid packaging to return my kit. I've even tried asking for new packaging to be sent to me, but I have not received anything. 

Virgin media have sent me a letter, have been emailing and texting me about returning the kit. This morning they sent an email and text saying if they don't receive in a week, they will charge me.

It's kit I do not want or need, it's ready to be sent back. What are my options, what do I do?

Really getting the feeling they don't want the kit back and would rather take the money...

You can request returns packaging from <<< here >>> 

You can also print your own label from https://www.yodel.co.uk/returns/virgin  and use your own packaging, be sure to enclose a covering letter with your name and account address and account number, equipment returned etc, and keep a copy of the returns receipt that the store gives to you for tracking purposes.
