Returning kit - wrong customer name on pre-printed label

Should I be concerned that the wrong customer name is on the pre-printed Yodel label?  I do not want to be hassled or charged for kit because it's not recognised as coming from me.

  • I would suggest yes, you should be concerned.  I wouldn't give them any excuse for trying to charge for non returned kit.

      Thanks Adduxi, unfortunately the first thing Yodel's website wants is a customer reference number (I don't know what that might be, for this transaction).  I think I'll just request the return packaging again and hope it comes through correctly this time.

        The reference number is your VM account number.
