Record of incoming calls

I urgently need to find out the date I received a certain incoming call; is there anyway of doiing this please? TIA

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. Unfortunately, we don't keep any records of incoming calls to your landline. We only keep records of outgoing calls.

Does your telephone handset record any incoming information? Depending on how long ago you want to go back, some information may be recorded there (although often the number of calls is limited and old calls are overwritten by new calls when the call list is full).
