So much for an easy switch over re fibre phone. Everything connected - home phone not working.
have restarted router numerous times.
tried to phone but still waiting after one hour plus

That's really annoying, isn't it? Have you tried hitting them up on email or maybe their social media channels for a faster reply? Besides the whole restart-the-router routine, did they offer any other tips to fix it?. In My recommendation visit this website for getting professionals Solution
