So much for an easy switch over re fibre phone. Everything connected - home phone not working.

have restarted router numerous times. 
tried to phone but still waiting after one hour plus

Shocking service yet again

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear your phone isn't working after the switchover, have you tried plugging the phone back into the wall socket to make sure it has changed?

That's really annoying, isn't it? Have you tried hitting them up on email or maybe their social media channels for a faster reply? Besides the whole restart-the-router routine, did they offer any other tips to fix it?. In My recommendation visit this website  for getting professionals Solution

Login to the VM Hub menu and check if telephone is enabled, or disabled.
