My Passkey will not work.

Can I reset my passkey.

My part of the passkey was deleted and so passkey will no longer function, making logging in to virginmedia or O2 a hassle.

How can I reset it?

The VM help page below suggests de-registering and re-registering the device
https://www.virginmedia.com/help/account/what-is-device-authentication
but VM has been attempting to launch a single sign-on for VM O2 this week (which has not exactly gone smoothly for some unlucky customers) so expect the possibility of some VM 'confusion' when you try to make changes.

It would be nice if this actually worked. It's just creating more & more unnecessary bureaucracy that leads to no conclusion. As for FIDO2 he seems to have run off round the park...
I still can't get to the 2FA part of registering.
