Good Afternoon All
We are currently unable to make or receive calls via our landline.
The issue seems to have started earlier this week, though our broadband and TV services are fine.
We have tried 2 different phones now but the issue persists.
There does not appear to be an audible dial tone. When calling the landline from a mobile, the mobile appears to dial out the number, but then there is nothing but silence before the call automatically ends.
A family member has tried calling the number from their home phone but is hearing a ‘The number is temporarily unavailable’ message.
Our landline is connected via a plug socket, rather than to the Hub.
We’ve tried contacting VM via webchat, but apparently landline issues can’t be reported this way and it is taking some time to try to get through to someone via the phone as we are having to call from a mobile, which is also costing us a fair amount.
The service status page is showing no issues at our address.
Has anyone had anything similar and if so, what needed to happen to resolve the issue sorry?

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
