Need to temporarily move router
Due to building work, we need to temporarily relocate our router to another room downstairs. It will need to be moved back after the work is completed. I understand that VM can move the router for £25 call out, is that correct? If so how is this arranged? Assume we’d need to pay the same to have it moved it back after the building work is completed. Yes, it will be £25 for each move.
The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post.
