After all our recent issues, phone, pods, hubs etc I thought that we were free of problems at last but .........
Our landline is from a Virgin Media socket, not yet been moved to the hub as no date for that yet. Its been working fine for years using Gigaset phones. Now, when ringing in to the line the caller hears the ringing tone but handsets do not ring or show any details. After a few seconds the handset flashes for a missed call even though the caller continues to hear the ringing tone. The incoming calls are listed as missed calls and voicemail is not triggered. Outgoing calls are fine.
I see that this issue has arisen before but no leads to the solution on the community.
Do need to chase up, and get a VM person out to solve this?

Is this happening on all calls that are incoming?
Can you also check the below for me;
• Check that the phone is not on Mute.
• Check that the handset does not have the volume settings turned down.
• Try a different handset if you have one spare.

Wow a really speedy response.- thank you very much for that.
To answer your questions, the issue effects all incoming calls, no the handsets are not on mute, the handset volume is turned up to max in each case. - the are 4 handsets in the gigabit 550A system, 3 downstairs and one upstairs. This set up has worked for 4 or 5 years. We are at least have caller line identify showing up but no ringers sounding.
