Hello,
I've been unable to access my ntlworld inbox since yesterday afternoon.
When I log into the Virgin Media Mail via the website I get a 'Forbidden' message.
I mainly access my emails via Outlook on Windows 11 - do I need to do anything or is the VM server down?

Are you able to get into 'My Virgin Media' for the mailbox in question or are you locked out of that too?

I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with your email and a big thank you to goslow for their advise here so far. Can you confirm if you can access the mailbox via My Virgin Media?
