Unable to access ntlworld account
I have been using a secondary ntlworld email address for years and have never had trouble accessing them on my phone or logging into my virgin media. Recently I got a new mobile device and now suddenly I cannot get the account to work. When logging into my virgin media it says the password is wrong and will not let me reset it anywhere. *EDIT* I have tried again to log in to my virgin media and apparently my security answer is wrong, which it definitely isnt. Is there any other way to alter the password for the secondary account? Any help much appreciated please!! Thanks.
ibrown1 Unfortunately if the security answers are not being recognised when trying to sign into the secondary My Virgin Media account then you will need asistance from the VM staff. You can either wait for them to respond here in a day or so or phone the support number 03454541111 and select the option for technical issues with email..
