Hi,

We are aware that some customers are experiencing issues with their email service and are very sorry for the inconvenience this is causing. Our teams are working flat out to fully restore all emails as soon as possible.

I do not work for VM, but I would. It is just a Job.
Most things I say I make up and sometimes it's useful, don't be mean if it's wrong.
I would also make websites for them, because the job never seems to require the website to work.

Mine's back! It's 12:22 here.

They dare to put their prices up and yet their service is (imo experience) increasingly bad.

Same here with my  'ntlworld.com' email address. My email client reported the account wasn't available at around 23:00 on Sunday 18th June. Still not available twelve hours later.

The Server Status number is acknowledging email issues but not providing any ETA for a fix. Server Status page is just showing "Sorry, we can’t run a test on your services right now".

Looking at my email client logs it appears to be an issue only for my primary account, other secondary accounts do appear to be able to login in , some redactions -

Unable to access my emails all morning. Is there a problem in the Edinburgh area? Do you have an estimated time to fix?

Estimated fix 14.10 today, although email client access via IMAP/SMTP seems to be back already.
