I wonder if the silence on this topic means there is something more to worry about i.e. the historical emails are not going to be recovered, or only partially.

Recovering data from backup doesn't take this long regardless of how many people it is - and it's only a "small proportion of accounts" apparently.

This isn't looking good. And certainly not a good look.,

      I beg to differ. The last update was yesterday. And there has been silence to everyone's request to provide timelines. An update every hour would be more appropriate.

      Thanks @Michael_JK but with respect the opening post text is not changing and still mentions the problems in the “last 2 days”. We are. Now into the 6th day so you cannot expect us to have confidence in the opening post.

      What people are worrying about is the lack of concrete information as to..

      a) what caused the problem

      b) what the resolution process is

      c) How long this will actually take ( not giving dates/times that pass by with nothing resolved)

      This understandably leads to concern and people then fear the worst causing even more concern.

      Therefore I would strongly recommend detailed updates that would perhaps restore a small portion of confidence on a resolution.
