NTLworld email won't send
Hi all,
I am unable to send emails from my NTLWorld email address using the email apps on my MacBook, Samsung phone and iPads.
I have checked the settings and they are correct:
imap.virginmedia.com
SSL yes
Port 993
smtp.virginmedia.com
SSL yes
Port 465
I can still receive emails using these apps, but when I compose an email and try to send, they stay in the "outbox" and I receive a message to say there was a problem.
Logging into the webrowser version is fine, I can send on there.
Please advise what to do next!
