NTLWORD PASSWORD

Dear VM Team

I am unable to log into my very old ntlworld account and cannot remember the password.  As with others it suddenly asked for my password.  I have a new media broadband account, however this is not linked to the old email address as I use a gmail account for this so cannot create a new password.  I have no access to the ntlworld account - are you able to reset this for me please and am I able to divert and possibly delete the account so this doesn't happen again? Many thanks.

    So your old ntl mailbox was tied to an account that you closed/left VM?  You then came back at some point and are now using a GMail account?  Is that correct as I read your post?

    If so, mailboxes are supposed to be deleted after 90 days of leaving.  Sometimes it can be more than 90 days.  There is a possibility that old ntl mailbox has been deleted.
