Verifying password

I assume I am not the only one having issues.

 

To log into my emails I now need to open the page and enter my virgin email address. Once done I go to the next page but when I enter my password I am told it is not verified and given a number showing the atempts I have left ! I then have to click 'verify another way' and log into my gmail account to receive an email from VMO2, click verify and then I can access my emails from the original page.

Whoever designed such a stupid way of logging in, surely there must be an easier way.

    In which case I would try changing the password and ensure that you follow any steps required to verify the change.

    If you sign into the relevant VMO2 ID for the account concerned and go to security settings does it give you the option to verify the password or to change the password?

      No, just gives me the option to change passwords only

        In which case I would try changing the password and ensure that you follow any steps required to verify the change.

    Had the same, changed updated my password and linked it to the 02 page and its working again..but for how long? mmmm good question
