Verifying password
I assume I am not the only one having issues.
To log into my emails I now need to open the page and enter my virgin email address. Once done I go to the next page but when I enter my password I am told it is not verified and given a number showing the atempts I have left ! I then have to click 'verify another way' and log into my gmail account to receive an email from VMO2, click verify and then I can access my emails from the original page.
Whoever designed such a stupid way of logging in, surely there must be an easier way.
In which case I would try changing the password and ensure that you follow any steps required to verify the change.
