AT LAST!!! THEY'RE BACK!!!
I logged yet anotehr complaint yesterday. then early hours today (circa 3am), my email account went offline again. So I thought I would try webmail. Lo and behold! ALL of my historic emails had returned in webmail! Shortly followed by an email from Mr. Wehrle. I quit my mail app, restarted it, and I now I have all of my historic emails in my app too (Mac Mail).
I'm relieved, massively relieved. My anger hasn't dissipated over this fiasco, it's been an appalling state of affairs. Right, I'm off to back up!
