Here we go again. As of today 29 June 2023) II have again lost the ability to send or receive emails. I was able to restore access last week with help from people in this forum (not the VM employees who have only mastered cut and paste). The issue seemed to be that the VM email reset last week forced users to have to generate Mail App passwords to connect via mail apps, such as Gmail on my phone. I did all that and restored access. However, without doing anything else, today I can't send on receive using my Bluet account. I can access via webmail but that is not convenient.
Apart from this missive I'm done with spending more time on this. Well advanced with notifying all contacts, clients, websites etc to use my Gmail account. VM will be loosing my decades old business in due course. I have never known a more incompetent, irresponsible and dishonest company and will be glad when I don't have to deal with them again.
