Partial Service (DS Only)

Hello,

I have had an error on my router for several months now "Internet - Partial Service (DS Only)", my download speeds are also nowhere near those stated in my contract for what I should be achieving as a minimum, and have not been for several months.

I had been in touch with support via online chat and they sent out a new modem, unfortunately; I'm still receiving the same error and have not seen any improvement in download speeds...

Would much appreciate someone contact me regarding this.

      Thanks for your first post and welcome to our community.
      Sorry to hear you're having an issue with your download speeds.
      I'd like to investigate this for you as the replacement Hub has'nt fixed anything.
      If you don't mind, I'll need to send you a private message to pass security. 
      If you can check the envelope at the top right of your screen, that would be great.

    Partial Service (DS Only)  .... this usually means only the Downstream is connected and the Upstream has failed to connect i.e. a service fault.

    It would help to see the data from the Hub's Downstream and Upstream status tabs to understand the state of your connection.
