Intermittent signal in my area, want to book an engineer

I now have this too, and I've given it longer than 24 hours to check back. My website account area won't allow me to book an engineer like it usually does, and I'm not ringing up being on hold forever.

Please can a VM staff respond on here to look to get me an engineer booked in please.

Done all the usual reset / diagnostic stuff before you even think about going down that basic route.

PLEASE HELP VIRGIN MEDIA

VM will not book an engineer for you when there is a known fault at a street cabinet that is affecting many of the folks in your street or even your locality.

What is being reported on the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 ?  Which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

never even knew about that automated line for service status...it said "no known issue in area"
