Hub 3 constant red light
I have a constant red light on my hub 3 tried all the fixes and it’s still on any ideas?
HI Samorhan thanks for your post here although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised.
Can you please try the following:
• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.If this doesn't work, please let us know.
