Constant red light on hub
Hi.
I have a constant red light on my VM hub. After reading up on this matter, it appears to be overheating. I have tried resetting the hub twice yet the problem remains.
I believe the hub may need replacing?

I'm very sorry to hear you have a constant solid red light on your Hub. If you haven't done so already, please follow each of the below steps.• Turn the power switch off on the back of the Hub.
• Ensure the Hub is upright, in a well-ventilated location, and, if at all possible, out of direct sunlight.
• Then use the power switch to turn the unit back on. The Hub should now operate normally.
If the issue still remains then please respond to the private message 📩 that I'll be sending to you shortly and we can arrange for it to be replaced.
