Broadband Fault SW16

Has anyone else had broadband issues in SW16 where the fault status mentioned it will take a week to fix and no other information on this. I’ve been out of internet for 3 days now with no way of contacting virgin media for feedback. They mentioned ‘intermittent’ internet yet we have none at all. Any advice on how to get this fixed? As well as getting my money back?

    Thanks for posting and welcome to the community. Sorry to hear of any Broadband issues. 

    I've done a system check and you are affected by an area fault, reference F011816212. The estimated fix date is the 19th May.

    I'll send you a PM though to assist further as we have the fault as an Intermittent issue and you've stated it's full loss.

      Thanks, it’s been full loss since Monday, 12th May. Very frustrating situation

    There's no email address. You should get compensation as a bill reduction after the first full two days without service.

    The automated phone service is no help at all either. Does anyone have an email address to contact someone for this?
