Broadband Fault SW16
Has anyone else had broadband issues in SW16 where the fault status mentioned it will take a week to fix and no other information on this. I’ve been out of internet for 3 days now with no way of contacting virgin media for feedback. They mentioned ‘intermittent’ internet yet we have none at all. Any advice on how to get this fixed?
