Recording issues

I recently upgraded to the 360 box. It’s ok in general but I cannot use the app to record as I get a message saying the box is offline, even though it clearly isn’t. I have tried rebooting the system but it’s no better

    AFAIK the 360 needs to be in "Fast Start" or "Active Start" for this to work.

      Press the Home button and go to Settings (cog on the right) > System > Standby power consumption.

      You have 3 choices, Fast start, Active start, and Eco start, if it's set to Eco start set it to Fast Start or Active Start.
