V360 playback of recording issues
A few months ago following issues with our old V6 boxes I was advised to upgrade to the latest V360 boxes. I have 1 in lounge downstairs and 1 in bedroom upstairs. Since the upgrade there have been issues on both boxes. The one in the lounge connected directly to the hub often freezes when viewing all recordings and trying to scroll down the list. It doesn't work until you retry and switch off tv and repeat. Sometimes the only way to view is by the recordings view all across the screen - not selecting view all and seeing the full page list. The box upstairs (over wifi) displays other features when trying to play back a recording - No new episodes available yet - even when there are numerous recordings!! Sometimes when it does work I get a display of - failed to play recording with a code of CS2200! Any ideas greatly appreciated. These are new boxes having only been in place a few months and these issues are becoming very annoying!
CS2200 is a known error which usually affects recordings and not live TV or catch up. If you do have this error then does this affect all recordings or just certain ones? If just certain ones are there any specific programs or specific channels?
Have you run the online help for error CS2200 so VM can check your connections and equipment?

Do you have any problems stopping and pausing live programs, and then playing them back? If so that may indicate a hard disk error on the box that the recordings have been made on. If that's the case then the box will probably need replacing *****
The lounge box shouldn't be freezing when in Recordings > Recorded > View All or making you have to scroll through the onscreen icons instead of selecting View All.
Sometimes the remote control freezes but this can usually be fixed by shaking it a few times. I take it you've tried new batteries, and made sure that the remote is clean.
Have you tried pairing the remote again? Hold down the 'Live TV' (the one on the right hand side directly below the red power/standby button) and '0' button together for around 10/15 seconds. The Standby button should then start to flash followed by an onscreen message displaying 'Pairing successful - this remote will only work with this Virgin 360 box'.
If that fails you can also try the following:-
Put the box into 'Pairing Mode' by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the 360 box for 10 seconds. Then using the remote control, press and hold the 'Live TV' button and the '0' button together for 10/15 seconds. And fingers crossed hopefully a message should appear on the screen confirming that pairing was successful. If the remote appears to have stopped working wiggle it a few times. You should also make sure that the Power Saving mode setting is on Fast Start***** Are you making recordings on both boxes, or on just the main lounge box?
You can fine tune the recordings between boxes by clicking on the red Record button, then on the next screen click Advanced Options, then on the next screen click on Choose TV Box, then select the box you want the recording to be made on, then click on Record. That program will then be recorded on that box going forward, even if the default recording box is one of the others.
When setting up a new series link go to Advanced and select which box you want the recording to be made on. It will then be recorded on that box going forward. If though you've already got a series link set up for a particular program and want to change it so it will record on the other box then you need to cancel that series link, and then set it up to record again, using the advanced options when you press record.
The 360 box automatically lists all recording irrespective of the box they were made on.
You can however view the planned and actual recordings on an individual box when going to Recordings > Recorded > View All > and then clicking on Recorded (to the right of the Search icon) and then click on 'Recorded on this Virgin TV box'. The interface will then list the recordings made on that particular box along with percentage space used on that box (you will need to do that each time you use that interface as the box doesn't save that option)
