wth is going on

Despite repeated attempts to either log in to my Virgin Media account, or directly to my email, I can't. I either get page expired messages, 404 error or 505 errors. It's not as if I pay peanuts for this service

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues logging in to My VM and your email. 

    In order to log in, you now must have a valid VM O2 ID. Can you confirm if you've already set this up? If not, please see more information on this here.
