Sky Sports on Virgin Go

Hi, I have the Virgin Go app & can get TNT & Eurosport on it but am struggling to get Sky Sports. I have a Sky Sports app that I log in to but i can' watch the channel. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks

    Hi Altior1 

    Are you signing into the Sky Sports app by clicking on the Virgin TV UK icon as shown in the screenshot at the bottom of this post? 

    What happens if you select a Sky Sports channel to watch when using Virgin TVGo? That app should have a link  highlighted in red that says 'Exit to watch'.  This should then take you to the Sky Sports app and open the channel you selected.

    How long have you been a subscriber?
    It takes around 48 hours for Sky’s database to update with new Sky Sports subscribers on Virgin.

      Thanks, I've been with Virgin for a year but have only logged into Sky Sports yesterday so my be I need to leave it for a bit?

      Hi Newapollo, I've just logged in & it looked exactly like your screenshot, the messaage I get when I try to watch is Get Sky Sports to watch this live?
