wth is going on
Just renewed my contract with a lovely 50% increase and now I cannot access a goddamn thing, including no way to watch sky on any of the apps, see my 'new' contract at my virgin media or even reset my password. I am really starting to regret this renewal.

We had an outage related to TV pixelation issues and have since resolved this, can you please check if you are able to log into your online account as well as your apps and let us know.
