Unablw to switch to e-billing

Hello, I tried several times to switch from paper bills to e-billing following all the links and advice provided in previous posts but I am unable to do it. The app or web version doesn't give me the options to select ebilling. Can somebody please help? Thanks

So that we can assist you we would need to bring you in for a private message.
