E-billing
Like many people, I can't switch to e billing. I've followed all the links, tips etc but it's not worked. All I've seen is that when other people have posted here someone from Virgin eventually replies in a private message to get their E-Billing set up. Please can someone help! It's such a needless charge and a waste of paper otherwise.
