Unable to turn on E-Billing
I have tried to turn on e-billing as per the instructions on my paper bill, I have also followed the instructions on the website, when I sign in to my profile there isn't anywhere that displays turn on e-billing. I have been in the preferences section and that also just lists email/text/phone. I have tried to contact Virgin about this via customer service but can't seem to get connected to anyone. I have also tried to use the chat service but that isn't connecting and the AI Chat bot, is unable to help. What is the best way to turn on e-billing.
