Hello Cherryjam.
Thanks for your post.
Sorry to hear that you are still being charged for paper billing.
Can you try the steps below and let me know if that helps?
1. Register or sign into My Virgin Media.
2. Click My Profile at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down to the eBilling section and click Switch to eBilling.
4. Follow the instructions on-screen.Once you’ve registered for eBilling, we’ll send you an email each month notifying you when your bill is ready.

Hello, it happened also to me, I asked more than one year ago help (after hours holding at the phone) and for 3 times the operator said the paper bill charge was not active anymore. After more than one year I still receive paper bills and pay for that. Can you please help me?
- CherryjamTuning in
Hi thanks but there is no My Profile section anywhere on that page.

Many apologies,
Once you have signed into MyVM are you able to select Account Settings.
From there Account Details.
Then under Communication preferences you should see an edit button, select that and select eBills/Email//Text.
Let us know if that works,

This is what the virgin call operator said but I also can confirm that tick box is already selected and has been for quite a long time now.

Hi, yes I can confirm that tick box is already selected and has been for quite a long time now.

Hi baldbiker, thank you for your post.
In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

Hello forum team,
I am also receiving paper bills (at £1.75 a go) despite my account details / communication preference having always been set to “eBills / Email / Text” can you please assist? This is not the first time I’ve received paper bills, at cost, despite this setting.
thanks- Ilyas_YForum Team

Hi
I am having the same problem not being able to switch off paper bills.
Numerous phone calls and have even written a letter but to no avail.
When I follow the advise I end up with the option to delect "eBills / Email / Text/ Post" which I have done numerous times.
Why post should be on the same selection as the other is a mystery to me.
Can you advise
