Signed up with wrong email address

Hello,

I have made a similar mistake as others and missed two numbers out of my email address and so won't receive the confirmation email for the broadband package I have just purchased.

Please could someone help me.

  • I have had the same problem unfortunately, I have created an account with the wrong email and can't access the my virgin media portal because of it!

    I have WiFi access and the O2 SIM that I ordered as part of the bundle, but I can't login to my virgin media. 

    Seems like a problem that could be solved by asking users to confirm their email address before proceeding with completing the order and creating an account.

      I have unfortunately also signed up to a My VM account with a typo in my email address and thus cannot access the account.

      Would you be able to help?

      I have the same problem. When setting up the account, the email was wrong and we cannot access the virgin account. Any change you could help me?
