WiFi installed at wrong address
I arrived home today to find a virgin box installed on my property. It was meant for next door
Another wrong installation!
You'll find it difficult to get a meaningful response from Virginmedia because they would want to know the contract or order number. If this was definitely ordered by your neighbour it would be best for them to complain.
This would be the best number for them to call 0800 052 1734.
