trouble rining out and red light on hub v3

hi,

our landline has been playing up, been having trouble ringing out the last couple of days as when dialing it fails and a voice says "the number is unavailable" or something like that. plus the light on the hub has been alternating between red and orange for a while, already looked that up and it says it's overheating.

would that cause issues making calls? it's quite warm to the touch. the internet is working fine though.

do we need someone out to replace it / investigate ?

  • just realised i said landline....it's not, it's digital through the hub.

    there's not edit button on the first message...

    If the red LED persists after a pinhole reset, the Hub should be swapped out. This red LED is the overheat warning and should be working correctly. If you wait here a couple of days a VM Mod should pick this up and discuss directly with you.
