Trouble logging in to VM account
Hi,
A while ago I was receiving Virgin Media emails to my Gmail account but now they've stopped. I have been trying to log into my VM account for some time now and every time I do I get the message "Your email or password was incorrect. Please try again or go back to change your email". The email is correct and I've tried multiple times with no success to the point I used the forgotten password option but I never received any password reset emails.
I've tried using Firefox and Google Chrome, but I'm receiving emails to my Gmail account from other places just not VM.
