Solid blue light on virgin 360 box when turned on is this a fault, its new box old it was white.

I suppose the follow up question is what version software is your box running the latest version is 5.20 AFAIK, you can check by pressing the Home button and going to Settings, Info.
Yeah its running version is 5.20
