Have you only just moved to a phone connection via the back of the VM hub or have you been using this arrangement for some time?
If you have used the phone-via-hub connection for a while has the phone been ringing OK for incoming calls and suddenly stopped ringing?
If you have only just recently connected the phone to the phone socket on the VM hub, and discovered it does not ring, you may need an adapter with a 'ringing capacitor' in it to generate the ringing sound for the phone.
(You would do best to stick to one topic for one issue rather than multi--posting a new topic. Someone might merge the topic(s) for you)

Hi ranaldb thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of your concerns raised here.
Can you please confirm if you've tried a different handset, if this is still happening for you?
So just to confirm, the calls are being received but the handset doesn't physically ring?
Many thanks

Thanks for getting back to us ranaldb! It may be best if we take a closer look via PM at this stage, and then we can arrange an engineer appointment to investigate further if needed.
You can find the PM in the top right corner of the page in your Inbox. 📩 We can then return to this public thread with another update when possible. Thank you for your patience in the meantime!
Wishing you all the best. 🌞

That's right. A red light flashes but the phone doesn't ring. We don't have another handset.
