Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some issues with the line, can you confirm if you've been able to test another handset?
Does this happen on all numbers trying to contact you?

Hi there, yes it happens on all handsets & yes all numbers that phone me have the same problem

Good morning.
Are you plugged into the master socket? It will have a larger socket and contain a log of Virgin Media, NTL, Telewest or Nynex. Any extension sockets will be smaller and have no logo.
Do you have any other pieces of equipment connected to your phone socket? This may include:
•Other telephones
•Personal Computers
•Faxes
•Modems
•Satellite TV digiboxes
•Micro-filters
•ADSL modem or routerIf so, is it more or less than 3?
Finally, can you remove all other equipment connected to telephone sockets and test it?
