Landline dead after hub 5 activation

Hi, just installed and activated my hub 5, part of an upgrade. Land line has no dial tone. It is plugged into the grey socket and it was working before I disconnected my old hub 3.

How do I fix this?

    Sorry to hear of the issues with the landline services since the installation of the Hub 5.

    Can you please confirm if you've attempted a reboot or resetting of the hub with the landline services remaining plugged into the router?

        Please ensure that the 21CV adapter is plugged into the TEL1 port also!
