How do I keep my landline number
Hi
My landline/TV/Broadband contract terminates and I will be disconnected in 4 weeks. What do I need to do to keep my landline number? When I spoke to the agent he didn't mention anything about this and I didn't think to ask. Is it like changing your mobile phone contract - do I need a code to give to the new provider? I know I should call 150 and ask, but it is such a chore and I always find these forums to be easier. Cheers.

Thank you for your post. To have your landline number you would need to get your new provider to request it from us.
If you call them they should be able advise further.
